wait after sending proof of payment

I have been without wifi for two days because rain is not picking up payment i have sent proof of payment (ref ***) and am told to just wait for billing theres no turnaround time it could take days. first mistake is rain not even debiting the money as they were suppose to and now it has become my problem!
