Violation of TCF

I want my money back I have logged several queries regarding my bill. You guys cannot upgrade me without my consent then increase how much i pay based on what ever promotion you doing. It is a violation on TFC and if this persist i will log a complaint with ICASA. I did not consent to this promo refund my money. I also canceled my plan with you. Only find that you guys again deducted money from my account. That is acceptable business practices.
