Very very very very very slow internet

Cmon guys I’ve tried all the guides, tips and tricks there is. My connection is 100% no issues there at all. My internet is so slow to the point only one device in the house can stream at 240p we all have to switch off our phone Wi-Fi just so that one device can stream without buffering. I get 20kpbs to 80kbps at best during the day. Can’t you reset the tower or do something. If this keeps up I have no choice but to change isp’s
