Very very very very BAD service from Rain
Rain's Service is Very Poor, They will even Double Debit your account without your authorization, They don't even comply with POPI Act I mean why should an organization debit your account without you granting them a permission. I have logged the query that why my current month amount due is double and they said someone is gonna call me back, While I was still waiting for one of their agents to call me back BOOM double debits from my account.

03 Aug 2021, 20:15No go through my statements last night my amount due was R479 the only time it double it's after I have amended the pay date from the 25th to the 1st since m now with my new employer hence I called dis morning and some lady said you will get back to me which nobody did but you all went and double debited my account without my permission, or did I give you a permission to double debit my account?
