very very very very bad, pathetic service

Im even wasting my time to click on the star rating, because RAIN does not deserve even 1 star for service, that is how Pathetic they are.

phoned them yesterday 15/11/22 as to log a complain about the signal, did what the lady told me to when i got home, and from there it was just downhill.

there is a green, yellow and blue light that constantly flashes on the router.

phoned them again today 16/11/22 as to follow up on my claim, after sending them an email before i left for work , spoke to a lady that told me they will phone me back and its been 2.5 hours now and still no call back from RAIN.

best part is i keep on trying to call them as to follow up, and once you give your details so that they "CAN LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT" the phone line is very bad, how convenient, yet im phoning from a landline and not even a cellphone.
