very very very bad ,they don't even deserve a 1 star

i have a rain router by them, my house was broken into about n month ago i did told them that they have stole the router, i requested for a new one and heard nothing further, every time i phone in they tell me to give them the case number witch i did give them the very first time that i spoke to them, an every month the still debt the amount even though i STILL HAVE NO ROUTER
