Very Very Very Bad service by Rain Internet 4G to 5G

Very very very poor service, cancelling them after tried for 3 months charging me for the 4G card and the 5G card with router after we upgrade to the R795 pm deal per month they never cancelled the 4G card charge R535pm cost and add it charging and ***** me now at R1330.00 pm after months, since April 2024, called them plenty with ref numbers and proof and Rain promised all is done and sorted by Chantel @ Rain, Janga, Marvin and will be credited on mail by Chantel but only to debit my account again @R1330 on 1/07/2024 3 months in a row and still on going, nice ***** and lawyer story for Rain coming soon.
