Very Very unhappy an angry

Good evening

I am very unhappy with rain services everyday between 19:39 an 22:00 the signal goes off an buffers constantly

Then I received a long list of directions to reset my network only for it to work properly for 1 day.

I'm not happy with all this I have been a loyal customer for very long time even get of hold of a proper email address is not possible. When I called on Sunday I was on hold for over 20min when the lady answered she then put me on hold an cut my call. Called again an held on for ever. No of the steps given helped me at all
