Very very poor service from rain network work

This network has disappointed me a lot my router is not connecting for almost a month now and I’ve reached out to rain they keep on saying I must wait 24 hours then they told me I need sim swap I drove to the store to get new sim still did not work now I’m using my own money to connect to the internet for school work. Then they send me an email saying they will debit my account after all this time of not getting service my router is still offline by the way just called them and they still telling me that they will contact me in 24 to 72 hours very very poor service
