very very poor customer service.

Hi it is sad when you try something new that has a lot of potential and the service or rather support received is very. I have been logging tickets for the longest time with no assistance at all. the message keeps saying an agent will contact you shortly but they never do. does anyone know how or where I can get effective help maybe a contact number or direct email because this is really not on I am even thinking of unsubscribing this Month end.
