Very Very Poor Billng Services

I had an unlimited 5G package with Rain that I eventually could not sustain due to personal reasons. The service was meant to be on a month to month they and without my knowledge they continued billing my deactivated bank account even though I was not using the services. I was eventually contacted by NuDebt solutions and Made the payment for an overdue amount. I paid and asked them to cancel the account. Now this year I’m told I’m owing a further R1560.00 and on their website it’s even worse with an amount of R2560.00. There is no statement to provide reasoning for such figures, above all I am being billed for something I was not even using. To the best of my knowledge I had owed them for one month and whatever interest I may have accrued from that month but this is really uncalled for.

When you call to get help no one answers. Try to lodge complaint online and you still won’t be helped. All they do is transfer your account to debt collectors who have no clue of the situation and cannot even escalate such matter to rain.
