very very bad support! seriously
I have been struggling to get answers from rain for the slow 5G speeds and wanted to know why we paying R999 for 30mbps when we got 800mbps+ in the first few days. They refuse to actually help on Facebook support and their support hotline puts the phone down in my ear or just never says hello even though they answer the call.

After you guys replaced our working router 2 days ago with a broken one that refuses to give wifi or pick up on LAN and then told us that we're suddenly out of 5G coverage after using 5G for 2 years. No thanks. You guys lost a paying customer because apparently sending a tech out to give people broken routers is expending all of your resources.
