Very Very Bad service - Im very Irate

I emailed Rain 4 times and not once did I get a reply , my name is Mxolisi Obose ID and Rain deducted R66.67 on my card and I was wondering why as I haven't used your Sim Cards not even once and I deactivated both the SimCards I have and yesterday again they deducted R177.42 on my Card again and I dont know what was that for as I cancelled my Cards and I want you guys to refund me ASAP as I really need that money because I am no longer employed as I was laid off at work.
