Very very bad service

I cancelled my subscription on the 30/08/2023.

And since then I have not received my refund since my account was in credit.

They took their router in 2days but I still have not received my money. I spoke to a very rude Charlotte in RSA and a Phumzile who placed me on hold after I asked her not too for 11mins. Before that I spoke with other advisors including a manager who dropped the line and didn’t get back to me.
