Very very bad service at Rain

Can anyone help with rain the customer service is very poor, I’ve experienced network problems ever since joining, my neighbour complained once got help I’ve complained more than three months no help when you call they say go to hello Peter and complain there, they say they don’t deal with complaints at rain. How do you tell your customer to go to a third party to complain about your company. Can someone please help
