very very bad service and lies

Ive been having this fight with rain, I've been asking them almost every month that my payment date should be on the first of every month, yes I am behind n payments but have made arrangements for that i've even paid for the next 4 months as per our agreement now my internet has been cut off, my payment date is on the first of every month but they have made it the 25th when i enquire no one calls me back I always ask to be called back nothing,ive recived very poor service and disregarded as a client,I will escalate the matter further and report you to ICASA,also when i requested a call apparently they cant transfer me to the collections department etc ive never heard of such where you cannot transfer to another department.
