Very Very Bad Service

We have paid our Rain account that Rain deducted from our bank account, they got their money and we are sitting now SINCE SUNDAY (3 days) WITHOUT internet.

We called them on NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS, there is no answer by an agent, we phoned out almost R100 and STILL DID NOT SPEAK TO SOMEONE.

RAIN IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OFF.

THEY TOOK OUR MONTHLY PREMIUM BUT WE HAVE NO SERVICE.

I WILL RECOMMEND RAIN TO NO ONE DUE TO THEIRVBAD SERVICE.

We tried on the App to contact them but there are NO PLACE TO CONTACT THEM ON

Now we paid on 26 September 2022 and eversince Sunday we have NO wifi!!!!!!

They also do not contact us!!!!!

How the hell must we get hold of RAIN????????
