Very useless service provider

They are very bad at their so called 5 G service activation. They cost me clients I cannot regain for a full two weeks they have told me the same thing that they will come and fix my router. I stilll wait for them. I would say they are useless when it comes to delivery, but they are very consistent when they want their payment. I wasted airtime enough and I will never use their services as they are very useless when it comes to delivery . I was helped by multiple people yet they don’t want to repay me and also cancel the service even after I did call.
