Very upset with this service

I am so upset with rain network. The sim has never worked and still deducting money from my account. After numerious phone calls, NOTHING. THEYRE TAKING MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM!

I used a modem, but that doesnt really mater, i use a new service provider.
I just want my money back that was promised by numerious phone calls that i made.

Yes, that was for the first month in a cellphone, but still did not work.
I then changed the plan.
So still, nothing will be done!
