Very upset

I cancel my contract with them end may. They still deduct and i phone them where they told me it was the last payment. They switch off my wifi end June. Today they deduct AGAIN. I let my mom call them for me as i am DEAF. ONCE AGAIN THEY SAID THAT THIS WAS THE LAST!!!.. it affects my living expenses. They rob their customers and i know of many complaints. All the same story!!! This is unacceptable
