Im very upset with rain its been two days without wifi network is horrible and i work from home do they want me to get fired why must i always complaining every month for something i pay for and will they pay me when i get fired and when i call the call centre the automatic machine hangs up soon as it tells me they know my wifi is down but do nothing and no one calls backs im really tired i cant be dealing with this

Nope cant be having this issue every month how am i suppose to work and worse part i pay almost R700 a month. Which i want my refund because its 3 days now im switching over to mweb cant be working like this telling me same story come take your routers and sad part i dont even use your rain simcard which im also paying for and i get such services no one bothers to call or communicate the issue i am very upset 3 whole days no
