Very unstable network and no response from support

Rain does not reply to support requests. Their support phone line does not work. When calling the support number you are prompted to dial a number to direct your call. Dialing any number does nothing and there is no default call direction, so you just end up frustrated.

My network has been disconnecting anywhere around 10 times during a working day.

I've logged numerous support tickets and have received no response.
