Very unsatisfied

Writing this review before canceling my sim. Ive been with rain for almost 4months or more. 1st month was excellent! From then on I've been paying for nothing. No connection. I've been in contact with the customer service both on the website and over the phone and nothings worked. They say there are 2 towers in my area yet none of them seem to be working ever.. I would suggest paying more money to another provider instead of wasting your time with rain.
