Very unhappy with this service provider

Very unhappy with rain service provider. Been with them since last year and all Debit orders went of perfectly fine. From this year January and February my debit orders have not gone of and I have a bill of R1400. I called them today to make payments because I am now disconnected but it keeps on saying payment pending. Just like they did last month. I spoke to someone by the name of noli in the department and said she will fix and recert back to me. Still nothing has been done.
