Very unhappy with the service.

I received my router yesterday and have been struggling to connect. The 5G and 4G lights won’t come on. It worked literally for 10mins and that was it. I’ve been rebooting over and over again. I’ve called and have been assisted to reboot and still nothing and all I’m being told is, “We’re escalating” and someone will get back to me and nothing. This is really not a nice feeling, paying for something and not getting what you paid for.
