VERY UNHAPPY WITH RAIN

We have been with Rain a few years , our internet is more connecting than what is it on , we had 5g, we have made so many communications with the whatsapp and email but only promises , but no problem solving. we where told someone will come out up til no one did. so we cancelled on the website , on email and whatsapp end october 2025 but they still deducting the full amount end nov , end dec , end january even though they can see the router if off and no data was used. i want my 3 months money back , and come and collect your router , i will take this matter forward. stop debiting our account , because your website not allowing us to take off our banking details. i will not recommend your compant to anyone. PLEASE COLLECT YOUR ROUTER AND REFUND OUR MONEY
