Message to Rain : Fri, 07 Aug 2020, 17:02 : Hi, As per my e-mails first sent on the 3/8/2020, I have requested that my account needs to be investigated as my internet is offline, and 1-week later, I have still not received feedback from a Rain consultant.

My payment came off in the 1/8/2020 and my account off-peak data is still showing 0.10GB, I am not connected to the internet. I am paying for a service and am getting absolutely no feedback, and have lost 1-week of productivity of which I have paid for.

I please need you to add my off-peak data to my account, and connect my account to the internet.

I am very disappointed in in your service and would like feedback urgently. Please contact me on my cell 07* *** ***, and NOT within 24 to 48 hour's (A rain agent will respond to your query within 24-48 hours).

Till today, Saturday, 8th August, I have still not had feedback from Rain. I have lost a-week without internet of which I have paid for. This "A rain agent will respond to your query within 24-48 hours" is unacceptable and very unproffessional. There are thousands of people working from home using Rain, and to wait 24-48 hours is loosing productivity.

Not a happy customer.
