very unhappy client

I have been struggling for two weeks regarding my RAIN SIM CARD that has been delivered to me on the 19th Maay 2020, my sim card is not recognised on my phone and the RAIN AGENTS keep sending me the same reply. I have had the same response from DeborahNhlapo, Felicia Mqwathi, NomalangaRadebe and Mampho Makama all giving me the same reply and no solution to my problem, to date my SIM CARD is still not reading in my phone even though I have tried all the links and setting options i was provided with but still no satisfaction to my query. Totally NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED
