VERY UNHAPPY
I ordered Rain One online on the 26 September where it was R1 for the first month then R559.00 a month, I only received my router on the 12 of October after many calls and emails as it took long to be delivered we are on the 1st of November and I have been debited R750.00 can YOU EXPLAIN WHY!!!! because it should be free until the 12th of November then only start charging me R559.00
I want this sorted ASAP or Ill take this further, this is not the kind of service I want.

06 Nov 2023, 07:39I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me!!! when I wanted Rain and was waiting for it to be delivered you were fast to contact me and make sure I got it, now that I'm asking what's happening with my billing issue as I was charged more and only had it for 18 days at R750.00 this is really not acceptable, please can someone get back to me ASAP!!!!
