Very unhappy

After numerous calls to the service provider, and many empty promises from the agents that the IT people will call me back and solve the problem, it stays empty promises. I've took out a package that suits me best from rain,and for the whole of last month (October) I was able to use this package for one day, the rest of the month it was emails after emails after emails and all they keep telling me is "we're sorry for the inconvenience".

I even made them the suggestion by putting up a tower on my farm in order for everyone to make use of the service,I wanted to promote there product but every time its empty promises. Im sick and tired sitting with a product thats absolutely no use to me. I've even send them screen shots of the poor uploading and/or downloading and every time they keep telling me that the IT people will call me and other times I've been told the signal is testing correctly. For heaven sake,the signal will test correctly on their side.If only they will do the effort to come and test on my side for the signal.

It seems that the people is *********** or either not qualified or trained to do their work or carry out proper complaints.

I'm totally unsatisfied with the service delivery of this company.
