Very Unhappy

Rain has been debiting me account for2 months now though I have no contract or product from them and when asked they send reference number state that it is allocated to a different user but do nothing to actually solve problem therefore i had to cancel card and hand it over to ***** from my banker as Rain refuses to help but will definitely rush take money that isnt theirs
