VERY ****TY SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been with Rain for more that a year now and even upgraded to 5G home router becouse i had network problems with 4G, however, the 5G is terrible, Rain support team is not a support team they always advise me that they will escalate my calls to network, i have spend R300 counting from last week Friday trying to get assistance with my network till date no-one has assisted me i have been given a verbal notice at work because I'm constantly not connect everyday between 12pm till 24: 00 pm everyday i have logged more than 5 calls and none of them have been attended to, the support team is as good as useless. today a payment went through my account and i have not been helped with the network problem, i have told that it takes 24hrs for the network team to contact me however, no one has contacted me, this is affecting my children the whole household as we depend on WIFI to watch TV. i hate whoever is responsible of the support team and network team you are running a useless team and its time i take my business else where.
