Very slow on live st...

Very slow on live streaming and using on laptops... just just makes it good enough using your cell to watch you tube etc... Also I haven't used the service for 7 months... canceled it in June 2023... but decided to deduct R499 in January out of the blue after not using the service for so long. I called them requesting a refund on my money on the 25th of January... they said they will contact me and sort out the refund and today on the 5th of February still no call back or refund from them.
