Very slow Internet Speeds (Was never like this before)
Rain has become pathetic, logged a few calls online but nobody seems to solve my problem. I have been getting speeds of 1 mbps and I have a 10 mbps line. When I had the off peak package the internet wasn't bad but now that I have the 24/7 it has become unbearable. Speeds are very slow and cant hardly stream a movie or watch dstv now. without buffering continuously. My kids are doing zoom lessons at home and every time it freezes or says unstable connection. Their service is really pathetic.

03 Jul 2020, 09:50Thanks Fatima, I'm just very unhappy with the things are going. Rain use to be great but for the last 4 months and even before lock down the service was not good at all. I use to get these speeds from Telkom hence the reason I left them and came over to Rain.
