Very sad of affairs with Rain

We have phoned to close our complete account with rain on 27.02.2024, and were met with a friendly consultant, who confirmed that our account would be closed. This when the trouble started, because our account kept on being debited. I queried this again, again and again. The following are the reference numbers: ***4, ***0, ***5, ***5, ***4, ***1, ***5, and I probably missed one or two. Still my account is being debited beginning of this month. To top it all, there was a response on Hellopeter.com, sounding promising.
