Very Poor Signal. DONT GET RAIN
I have activated a Rain Sim card today and paid R479 for the relevant package after ensuring I had sufficient coverage.
Unfortunately the speeds are pathetically slow and unusable. I have contacted Rain via Facebook messenger and asked for a refund. Rain requested my details and address to check and told me that the tower has too much traffic at this point in time. That is not my problem unfortunately. You offer a service but fail to deliver after being paid. I will never be able to use the service at this speed.
All I ask for is a refund of the amount that I paid today.
