Very poor service RAIN

I am very disappointed with your services, i lost my sim card last month and i requested for a sim swap on your app on the 25 September 2024. NO one got back to me, made a call to support on the 3rd of October they said it will take 3-5 working days agent will contact me still nothing....phoned again on the 8th same story 2-5 working days, the agent said she will escalate the matter to tell them i need the sim urgent. Today i call again the agent tells me on the system i only logged a call on the 8th for the first... I'm so angry and frustrated on their services and yet they debit my money every month with no fail yet i must fight everyday with them mnx....
