Very poor service, no signal very bad service

This ia my second complaint. I complained and immediately received rwspoms that someone will contact me. Still never received a call. I requested that i want my sim cancelled.and it wasnt. No response and they deducted the monies.. It is unfair how they quick to deduct debit order but i cant use the sim due to very poor signal and vert very bad service.
