very poor service from Rain agent Sakshi

rain customer service is extremely bad. spoke with Sakshi and i explained to her that, my wife has a router and 2 sim cards. the problem is she cant make calls from the sim cards so i was calling on her behalf from my office phone. she insisted se wont help as i am not the account holder. i explained to her that she cant make call from the rain sim card. i suggested that i give Sakshi my wife contact details so she can call her and assist. but the lady Sakshi refused. i requested to speak to the manager and she told me i cant talk to the manager. but suprisingly RAIN will be calling my wife when they need payment to be done. we feel ******. and the horrible service isnt recommended. bad bad bad.
