Very poor service from Rain
Good day. I ordered a 4G sim from Rain. Still waiting for delivery of my sim. 5 days already past. E mails dont help. They just does not answer. Messages on facebook don't help. Just get promise they will look into the problem. Today asked for a refund because their service is so bad. Didn't even get a answer from them. Also send emails again to their support. Needless to say no response from them. They said my promise escaleted to manager. But no manager have contacted me in 2 days now. Can you assist me please to get service from Rain. Thank you

Hope that is not the only response from now on because you Still have not contacted me.. Or let me know if you are going to refund me because of your poor service. So this is just a empty promise to me like you do with every reply to me. Support told me a manager will contact me asap that was 3days ago. Still waiting

04 May 2022, 11:49If you can't deliver by 3'oclock at my residence or 4'o clock at Transvalia High school where I will be until 5'o clock please refund me then. I mention Transvalia High School because i think it might be easier to find for your courier.

04 May 2022, 12:06That tells me that you are still not able to sort out the delivery problem so please refund me immediately (maybe you will be capable to do that) so that i can get Wi-Fi from an able provider because my son needs Wi-Fi to do his homework. Can't wait another 5 to 6 days for your empty promises. Thank you

Daily buy of data is to expensive so would realy like to resolve this matter quick as possible. Thank you. If the courier cant find my Residencial addres. They can phone to meet at more convenient place. My addres has AH after the name. Could be the courier don't use proper address

That is how the consultant found our home address wen she assisted is with applications. If Ram drivers are so *********** that they aren't even able to follow gps directions. Their incompetence reflect on you as company as well. Looks like they can't find my address. So wouldn't itbe better to deliver sim at my son's work. Or at a well known place in town
