Very Poor Service.

I ordered rain on 12.11.2021 and was a speedy delivery. Upon activation I discovered that I only get signal in 1spot and it is very intermittent and is gone for most times. My house is in an area that is not inline with the tower (over 2.0km away) even though your site says my area is covered. Consultant advised connect to a tower closest to me - no other tower is closest. It has been a frustrating experience and logged support tickets to cancel it as it is of no benefit to me. #***7, #***0, #***7, #***8 - Still no resolution. The consultant advised that a call was logged for a technician to come out and test the signal at my home - No one came out. This is very poor service - Please cancel this service, confirm that it is cancelled and send someone to collect your router. I obtained a good, reliable and strong LTE signal from another service provider.
