VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

It's soo disgusting... I dont even have words to express how I feel right now, we ordered the package with a router, courier delivered the Sim only then we called them they apologized n promised to deliver it. Almost 2 months now still nothing we call them everyday they still don't deliver the router.. We paid for the 1st premium n then last month also we still don't hv a router it's gonna be the 25th again we must pay but never received the service we paying for. Can you urgently call us if you care about your customers on ***... Im soo irritated by the poor service delivery. Im gonna cancel the damn subscription
