Very poor service / communication from RAIN & RAM

Between Rain and RAM (who delivery for Rain) I truly don't know where I got the worst service!! Placed order and paid - 23 March Changed delivery address - 26 March (with Rain) RAM notified received parcel for delivery - 31 March Changed delivery address with RAM - 31 March Notice package out for delivery - 2 April Contact RAM - 3 April, I did not receive my package. RAM only informed me via live chat that my package was returned to Rain, cause Rain did not confirm change in delivery address. Issue 1 - Rain did not give the change in address through to RAM. Issue 2 - RAM did not inform me on 31 March that Rain needs to confirm this change. Very poor service from both. Doesn't one of the two companies own a phone or landline to phone me and discuss this? Issue 3 - Delivery is taking much longer (almost 2 weeks now)
