Very poor service 😞
Hi you know we having the worst experience with rain and it's really depressing to always have your service off when you least expect it and have kids especially when it's the first thing you pay at the end off the month, when you call they say you have an outstanding amount but you paid. You call to let them know you paid they switched on after 2 days it's off again. this is getting so exhausting cause it's the same thing each month. We pay for ****ty service.

07 Sept 2024, 08:22That's the problem I don't have an outstanding balance I paid check a payment was made of R670 on the 26 of August and you guys are not an acc that there should be an outstanding balance it's the same as DSTv of you don't pay you don't watch.but I pay every month yet there's an outstanding balance it's very irritating. We didn't sign a contract for monthly payments
