Very poor service!!!!

I have been struggling with my internet for a while now, called rain last week, spoke to someone from another planet, he could barely speak English and the accent so bad that you cannot even make out what this guy was saying to me, promised someone will contact me asap, STILL waiting and still basically no internet, yet come end of the month and they are extremely efficient to take your hard earned money for ZERO service!!!!! Fed up, fed up, fed up!!!!!!!!
