Very Poor Service

Rain suspended my services for not paying 2 months installment that i wasn't even aware that it didn't go through without being or getting any means of notification prior to that. And the worst thing is that my account hasn't changed and i always have sufficient money for a debit to deduct from my bank account. When i call them and asked them why they say they not sure why the debit didn't go through to my bank account and there is no information to provide to me as it didn't even bounce back. Now after realizing that they have deactivated or suspended me from using their service or rain, i then had to call them and complain again about the Pay Now Service which is not working from their online service, they then reverted back with an email stating that it is resolved however it's not as is still giving me same error when trying to make a payment with their online service. Thus results as a bad service not just bad but then poor as i am now still offline without getting a help, and the problem is with their system not my bank account as it always have sufficient funds for any debit to go through. I'm so so sad with this service, even opting to subscribe to other network service providers that knows what they doing unlike RAIN. Very Poor Service
