Very poor service

Dear Rain Internet Service Provider.... We received our router he worked for 3 days after that the router keeps on resetting itself and the wifi light is off. Phoned Rain about 10times all feedback that I am getting is a technician will phone to come and check the router. It is now 5 days and 10 calls later and still no phonecall from rain. I paid for something that I cant use for the last 5days.Very very poor service!!!!
