Very Poor Service and Unproffesional

Rain deducted our monthly premium of R529.

We are WITHOUT SERVICE for the past 4 days and are still off line although it shows we are connected we are not, we are 5 phones and 2 Laptops all shows the same but NO ONE is connected?????

What the ........... is going on with them????

If you phone you hold on for about 15 minutes to speak to someone although the voice says you are then only one holding???

I have phoned out a lot of money and used prepaid data to reach the cause they are nowhere ti be found!!!!!

You cannot reach any person at RAIN SERVICE PROVIDER.

We are now looking for another service provider an WILL NEVER RECOMMEND RAIN SERVICE PROVIDER TO ANYONE due to their bad service and no one cannot contact or reach them.
