VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO COVERAGE, FALSE ADVERTISING AND *****

Pathetic service. Paid R479 on 28 March and received my unlimited 4g Sim on 7April but haven't been able to connect internet to date. Have been told the problem was with the phone I used and I bought a router but it still doesn't connect. Before I purchased the simcard they checked for coverage online and said my area has coverage which is a LIE and FALSE ADVERTISING now they don't want to refund me, I am wasting even more money calling them, their consultants don't want to call me back to help me set up, they only close my queries on emails. I won't advise anyone to use rain
