Very poor service and disconnected while I paid

Again I have came back to complain about rain Internet service Rain has disconnected their services and I am unable to work their poor customer service and billing system is really frustrating I have paid and not owing but I am disconnected I have been calling since morning but haven’t been connected their customer services have different information on my account, I have requested their call back from their superior team but I was ignored

This is not the first time this company is treating me like this feel like they deliberately sabotaging me , this kind of behaviour from rain is affecting my business badly
